Our staff can accommodate any group size. 5-30 minute seated, neck and shoulder, arm & hand massage. Select the time, place and number of employees; we provide the staff and equipment. Our massage practitioners carry personal professional liability insurance.

"FRESH START" MASSAGE .....................$15
(15 minutes) This massage is administered in a unique portable massage chair. It is a refreshing treatment that loosens tight muscles, soothes soreness and increases circulation in the neck, shoulders and lower back.

REFLEXOLOGY..................................$35
(30 MINUTES) This ancient Oriental method of massage is applied to pressure points on the hands and feet that correspond to the individual parts of the body. Promotes relation, relieves stress and releases energy throughout the entire body.

Recommended for relaxation or aid in relief of chronic muscular tension & pain, improves circulation and flexibility, and reduces mental and physical fatigue and stress. After an initial consultation and medical assessment, your treatment is customized by using one or a combination of the following techniques: Basic Swedish, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Accupressure, Triggerpoint, Muscle Isolation, Reiki, Energy work, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Manual Lymphatic Therapy and Neuromuscular.

PRENATAL MASSAGE..................$60
This type of massage requires specialized training and equipment. A Prego Pillow is used to provide comfort and support for the abdomen as well as allowing complete balanced massage to those sore lower back muscles. It increases energy flow by the release of negative energy, which releases endorphins. It also improves posture and circulation, relieves stress headaches, backaches and muscles spasms and tightness.
